After I think one of the most gorgeous evenings yesterday made even more lovely by sitting on one of the most idilic greens in the country I would say… Evenly, Brackley watching an U13′s Club cricket match – seriously this village is like a chocolate box, with a pub on the side – heavenly… (annoyed at myself didn’t take a single photo!? what was I thinking?).
Today in contrast is grey windy and cool – oh and did I mention the grey!!! where oh where did the beautiful blue sky and whispy white clouds go and the warming sun?
sigh… sigh… sigh
So in order to try and cheer myself up a little and add some fun and colour…
I love love love jam jars… but the top where the lid screws on always annoys me when you want to use the jar for something else like flowers or pens or just about whatever really, I often tie ribbon around but I felt like something different today – when clearing out a desk dump holder I stumbled across this,
A find from the lovely Itsy Bitsy, Old Dairy Farm, Upper Stowe, NN7 4SH
I then went into the garden to look for something to put into the eagerly awaiting jar… these geraniums just caught my eye…
